The Alexandra has been routinely sailed and maintained and is in turnkey condition. She comes with a full set of sails, lines, and a new Suzuki fuel injection outboard engine, smooth running and easy start with only 100 hrs on it.
The gelcoat on deck and topside of hull is a pleasant beige and in great shape. Varnish protects the teak wood handrails and trim, and wax and polish is up to date on the deck to keep her looking beautiful, clean, and UV/salt/weather resistant.
Boat comes with a freshly upholstered interior! This came at a $4,000 premium to her previous owner and is included in your price. Alexandra is extremely cozy for cruising the Bay, dockside hangs with friends, or as a small but comfortable liveaboard for one person.
Below deck she is equipped with plenty of storage, PFDs, VHF radio, a composting head (marine toilet), sink, BBQ that can be moved outside, sectional couch area with table that folds down to make a large bed, a V-berth bed, forward hatch and portlights for adjustable light and airflow.
She has a dry bilge and a 12V Rule-Mate electric bilge pump. There are dimmable color changing lights installed as well as Sony dual-core speakers, model number XS-MP1611. There are no leaks through the deck or portlights, even after spraying the boat with lots of water.
